Passenger Demands Accountability from Airline After Business Class Incident

One of the passengers of the flight from Chicago to Delhi complained to the airline about a situation that occurred during the flight. She was offered to vacate her seat in business class due to technical irregularity, after which crew members set up to sleep in that same spot. Furthermore, during the flight towards India, the passenger noticed that her seat in the very same plane was not irregular, and then encountered an analogous situation on the return flight.

The passenger reported that she was offered to take two seats in economy class instead of one in business class due to the irregularity of her seat. However, she refused this offer. Later, she saw crew members who occupied the free seats in business class.

The passenger also noted that on the return flight she encountered a similar situation when she was again offered seats in place of her irregularity. She expressed dissatisfaction with the situation and compared the incident with the previous one.

This incident raised many questions among the public and prompted a wave of dissatisfaction regarding the airline's service and the condition of its aircraft. At this moment, the airline did not comment on these statements, but such incidents raise a wave of discontent and require more serious attention to the quality of service and safety of passengers.
